  1. Read carefully the Greyhound Information Page found on this website.
  2. Complete the online adoption application.
  3. You will be contacted for a phone interview and to set up a date and time for a home visit.
  4. Home visit will be performed.
  5. Finding the Greyhound which will best fit your family and lifestyle.

ADOPTION FEE - $200.00 - covers:

  • Spay/Neuter & Dental - $200.00
  • Vaccinations - $24.00
  • Heartworm - $17.00
  • Microchip - $30.00
  • All Vet Fees Are Subject To Change

Blackie Tabor




Blackie Tabor is a sweet 2.5 year old male with the heart and soul of a puppy. He enjoys life, loves to run in the back yard and lounge in the sun. Blackie gets along well with the greyhounds in his foster home, walks ok on lead, and is very good in the car. He is very interested in small dogs but we do not consider him cat safe. He is crate trained and goes in occasionally on his own to sleep and eat (we call it his "man cave"). He is not crated when his foster family is gone. He is being fostered in Los Lunas.
